Help During Your Claim

From the first day we speak to you on the phone to the end of the process, Brazier Consulting Services Ltd always ensure that you, the client, comes first. As a family run business, we understand the needs of clients on an individual basis. If you’d like a call every time there is any movement on your claim, we’ll call. If you’d like a letter, we’ll send a letter. If you would rather not hear from us until the bank reach a decision, we’ll do our best to make that happen! Either way, throughout the process, you’re likely to have some questions or require an update.​We have various departments that deal individually with each aspect of your claim, from scanning your received paperwork onto the system to sending a payment for the final invoice. Each team has a specific skill set that allows them to perform at the highest level in what they do, however, our customer service department consists of agents that excel in all areas of financial claims.
